I would like to take a moment and say thank you to Consolidated Credit Counseling
Services of Canada for helping me when I first called three years ago.
I always had excellent credit and paid all my bills on time. Unfortunately, three
years ago I lost my job and then the bill collector calls started. I was ‘backed
up against the wall’. I didn't know where to turn and didn't want to answer my telephone
anymore as I was getting hounded for money. Of course no one understands this situation
unless you are in it.
One day I went online to try and find a solution to my problem. My unemployment
had not started and my job searches were not going well either and I also have a
son to support. I came across an article on Consolidated Credit Counseling Services
of Canada. I decided to swallow my pride and fill out the on line form to verify
if I could possibly receive help. At this point I was becoming very depressed and
didn't know what to tell my son when he asked for the little things that I couldn't
buy him anymore.
To my amazement I received a call from a Consolidated Credit Services of Canada
counsellor right away. She was very kind and made me feel at ease. I answered all
the questions the counsellor asked and she seemed to completely understand my situation.
The very next day I was advised that I was eligible for the program. I was so happy,
remember crying and even had a hard time speaking. I could finally pick up the pieces
of my life and move on happily knowing I will be able to pay my bills.
In December 2010, I was plagued with back problems and am now on disability. Again,
I contacted Consolidated Credit Counseling Services of Canada to work out a reduced
payment plan. Mark was eager to help resolve my situation. I can honestly say if
it was not for your company doing an excellent job I would not have made it through
this ordeal.
The program has helped me immensely; all I had to do was provide a list what I owed
each of my creditors and right away I was advised of my monthly payment. I always
managed to pay my bills on time, didn’t have any debt however I was falling apart
financially because of losing my job and having to go on disability. I received
amazing service from Consolidated Credit Counseling Services of Canada and they
have helped me get back on track.
I cannot thank you enough for the help. I advise anyone I know who are going through
the same problems to contact Consolidated Credit Counseling Services. There is nothing
better than knowing there is someone out there who does care about your financial
situation and is ready to help. All anyone has to do is pick up the phone or visit
your website...like I did!
