Do you charge a fee or ask for a voluntary contribution?

There is a one time processing fee and a service fee that is incorporated into your low monthly payment. The amount of the fees vary depending on the individual situation and is always a nominal contribution. Please call 1-800-656-3920 to speak to one of our Professional Debt Counsellors.


Do you provide loans?

No, we do not provide loans. Consolidated Credit provides you with a fully customized debt management plan that will allow you to become debt free without acquiring more debt during the process.


What assurance do I have that information about me (including my address and phone number) will be kept confidential?
