Ben Allen - Community Outreach ManagerBen joined Consolidated Credit Counseling Services of Canada in June 2016 and has become a vital part of our team. As Community Outreach Manager, he is in charge of the delivery and development financial education programs found across the country. With a background in ESL education, he knows firsthand that real education comes from engagement: financial literacy is no different in his eyes.

Ben also knows people; he has a B.A. in Sociology and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Public Relations which helps him deliver customized workshops designed to engage its attendees. Whether talking about budgeting basics with community service youth groups, or working with corporate Employee Assistance Programs to speak about coping with financial stress, you can be sure that after one of his seminars the attendees will be better prepared for any of the financial uncertainty life occasionally brings.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.
